I started a personal project called "Life Data" in 2021. Data from Oura ring, DNA sequencing, blood panel results and all my subjective thoughts/ideas in Obsidian.
In 2021 there wasn't a good way to bridge the quantitative and qualitative data. That's what AI changes. It's a qualitative computer.
You should know that you can start doing this today in a way that has a material positive impact on your life.
I started experimenting with PAI from @DanielMiessler recently. It's an open-source project that gives you a life dashboard via Claude Code.
The practice of articulating explicitly in words what direction you want to move in life, and then tracking that you're on the path, is worth the time and attention it takes to get setup.

this will be true across all walks of life
I would expect our whole lives to be recorded and the sheer signal density of your physical and digital presence to go 10,000x
agents and computers to sift through all of it
really it’s a form of worship of human life
