When I was 20 y/o, I was living with my parents in a small village in Germany. I had gained a F*CK ton of weight (peak at 310 pounds), was depressed, barely sleeping and was wasting my life.

The best thing I did was book a flight to LA for 3 months and get out of that negative environment. I was surrounded by better people, better energy and was genuinely happier. Worked harder. Lost a ton of weight.

As a man, the sooner you realize that no one is coming to save you, the more successful you will be.
I’m grateful for all the bad things I’ve been through and they made me become the way I am now. It forced me to obsess with independence and control over my life and surroundings.
