Posted 2026-06-27: using the last of Fund I to write a few very small $50k checks…

Brief

ItzSuds (post 2026-06-27) is offering the last of Fund I to write a few $50k checks into later-stage companies, seeking growth-stage founders who want him on their cap table. He aims to build a bench of 'high signal' customers for his early-stage portfolio, get inside high-growth companies to read updates, and offers talent placement, customer intros, round structuring ($2M–$2B), and publicity.

Why it matters

Posted 2026-06-27: using the last of Fund I to write a few very small $50k checks into later-stage companies and inviting growth-stage founders who want him on their cap table to talk.

Key details

  • Goal is to build a bench of 'high signal' companies that can be customers for his earlier-stage portfolio, gain exposure to top companies in interesting verticals, and be 'on the inside' of high-growth companies to read investor updates.
  • Value-add claims: 'works really hard' for founders as much as they want and 'disappears' when they want; self-described 'profligate ideas guy' who places top talent, makes outsized customer intros, structures and runs auction-style rounds for raises from $2M to $2B — and will tweet about you.

If you’re a growth stage founder & you might want me on your cap table, I would like to talk to you.

I’m using the last little bit of Fund I to write a few super small ($50k) checks into later stage cos.

My goal is to build a bench of high signal cos that can be customers for my earlier stage portcos, to have exposure to the best cos in interesting verticals, and be on the inside of some high growth companies so I can read your investor updates.

On my side: I work really hard for all my founders as much as they want me to & I disappear when they want me to.

I’m a profligate ideas guy, always meeting top talent to place them into my companies, probably can make really helpful customer intros to someone you couldn’t have even dreamed of, and I’m very good at structuring rounds & running the auction process whether you’re raising $2m or $2b,

And of course, I will tweet about you :)
