Everyone needs Mendelson's book, "how to raise a healthy child in spite of your doctor."

I had recurrent strep infections as a kid... because... every time I got one... my parents took me to the doctor... who gave us an antibiotic... which "worked..." which resulted in another infection X or so months later...

How did my mom finally "fix" this?
I got a strep infection... and she didn't give me an antibiotic.

And poof, suddenly, I quite having constant recurrent strep infections...
