Brief

Danny Postma used an Agent OS he’s built over six months to convert his 2021 Landingfolio code to Nuxt 4 (with testing tools) in ~23 hours at ~$140, achieving a 1:1 conversion that he says removes ~95% of the work and lets him update a Google-ranked site; he'll share more soon.

Why it matters

@dannypostma spent six months building an 'Agent OS' and used it to convert his outdated Landingfolio (original code from 2021) to Nuxt 4, including his testing tooling, preserving functionality 1:1.

Key details

  • The conversion took about 23 hours and cost roughly $140, enabling updates to a site he hadn't touched for years because previous code changes would 'melt down.'
  • He reports the Agent OS now removes ~95% of his work on this task, and he plans to share more about the project over the coming weeks.
Source evidence

I've been working on my own Agent OS for the past six months. Will share more about it over the coming weeks.

This week I made it convert my terrible outdates landingfolio[.com] code, which I wrote when I just knew how to program back in 2021, to an updated Nuxt 4 including all my testing goodies.

Took about 23 hours total and ~$140 cost. And successfully converted everything 1:1 🔥

I literally haven't touched this website for years because any code change made the website melt down.

Finally I can improve it again as it still ranks really well in Google.

It's been such a good investment to spend a ton of hours creating a agent tool that now takes away 95% of my work. So worth it.

More fun projects to come.
