Developer Daniel Higgins (7/29/2026) abandoned Cursor AI's built-in remote control after encountering lost chats and no multi-agent capability, then released Wrapzii/CursorDesk on GitHub as a personal solution. CursorDesk connects a phone to Cursor via Tailscale and provides agent chat, desktop streaming, and file transfer features to address the original shortcomings.
On 2026-07-29 @Daniel00Higgins reported that Cursor AI's remote control never worked for them, causing lost chats and lack of multi-agent support.
Remote control in @cursor_ai never worked for me — lost chats, no multi-agent. made something for myself. sharing in case it helps anyone.
