Laurence Tratt endorses Shrinkray (DRMacIver/shrinkray on GitHub), saying that after using it for test-case reduction they’re astonished it’s not better known. Posted 2025-03-06, the author asserts Shrinkray improves on older reducers across the board and links the repository for others to try.

For a little while we've been using Shrinkray (github.com/DRMacIver/shrinkr…) for these purposes, and I'm astonished it's not better known. It seems to improve on the older reducers in every way!
