Brief

LinkedMash received an 8-step Claude Code SEO audit revealing the biggest issue: 72/72 pages served no-store with a CDN miss and a site-wide i18n cookie causing dynamic responses. Meta descriptions lack CTAs (3 missing, 6 too-short, 2 too-long), competitor sitemap is 345 URLs vs our 72, keyword volume <100/month limits ROI, and two audit items were false positives—verify auditors before acting.

Why it matters

@code_rams ran an 8-part SEO audit on LinkedMash with Claude Code (Day 28 of 100 toward $2k MRR); current MRR $249.50, 28 subscriptions, and a 6th flat day (2026-08-03 post).

Key details

  • Technical audit (audit 4) flagged 72/72 pages served with cache-control: no-store and a permanent CDN miss; an i18n cookies() call forced entiresite dynamic rendering — called the biggest finding.
  • Content/markup findings: three missing, six too-short, two too-long meta descriptions across 72 pages with zero CTAs; competitor sitemap 345 URLs vs LinkedMash 72 but gap topics <100 searches/month; two of 13 findings were false positives (alt text actually present; 29 linking pages were only visible to logged-in users).

Ran a full SEO audit on linkedmash with Claude Code.

Day 28 of 100, taking LinkedMash to $2k MRR.
Current: $249.50 (+$0), 28 subs, 6th flat day.

Here are the eight audits in the order I ran them. Run them on your own site.

  1. Title tags. "Crawl every URL in my sitemap, list titles over 60 characters or missing the keyword." Our pricing page ranks position 2.33 on 177 impressions and earned one click. The title was "Pricing | LinkedMash", 20 characters.

  2. Meta descriptions. "Find missing, duplicate, under 60 or over 165." Three missing, six too short, two too long. The real finding was that not one description on 72 pages had a call to action.

  3. Content gap. "Pull my competitor's sitemap, list topics they rank for that I have no page for." They run 345 URLs to our 72. Then it told me every gap topic was under 100 searches a month, so I wrote none of them.

  4. Technical. "curl -I every page, report cache-control and CDN status." 72 of 72 served no-store with a permanent CDN miss. One cookies() call in the i18n config, inhermade an entiresite dynamic. Biggest finding of the day.

    1. Internal l link, showorphans and redirect hops." Our login page is the most linked page oabsorbs more link equity than any page that makes money.
  5. Schema. "Vck againstschema.org." Clean, 263 nodes, zero errors. But our 33 FAQ and 15 Ho results. Googlerestricted FAQ in August 2023 and deprecated HowTo the month after.

  6. Competitor. "Compare my best page against theirs on words, heading have a named author and a stated method. We had neither, on a page that ranks ours

  7. Action plan.
"Rank every finding by effort against measurable return, and tell me what not to bother with."
The answer I did not want. Our core keyword gets under 100 searches a month, so fixing all 13 findings doubles a very small number. Ask for the don't-bother list. It is the most valuable column in the whole audit.

And the one that changed how I work.

Two of the 13 findings were wrong. The missing alt text was already there on every image it named. The "29 pages link to a blocked path" count included links that only render for logged-in users, which a crawler never sees. Both would have cost an afternoon fixing nothing.

Verify the auditor before you change anything, whoever produced the audit.

Every prompt is in the graphic. Run the eight on your own site and tell me what audit 4 and audit 8 say about yours.
