Source evidence

If I had chronic back pain that prevented me from squats due to spinal loading…

I’d buy this cheap $150 belt squat.

This will strengthen the legs, eliminate axial spinal compression, and traction the vertebrae all at the same time.

To prevent further back pain, I’d buy a cheap Roman Chair and ride it until the pleather wore out.

QUESTION for the workout bros:

My lower back is wrecked at the moment. I don’t have endless gym equipment (dumbbell set, cable machine). ANY variation of squats I’ve tried has only hurt it worse.

Soooo, how do i do legs?
