Since CLI-Anything was released this March, the software ecosystem has evolved rapidly. More developers are joining the effort to build agent-native computer use—turning real-world software into structured interfaces that agents can understand, operate, and compose.
But generating a CLI is only the beginning.
The harder challenge is verification:
- Does it operate the software correctly?
- Can it complete real, multi-step workflows?
- Are its outputs structured and reliable?
- Can it recover from errors?
- Can agents trust it across environments?
Answering these questions still requires extensive testing: letting agents repeatedly use real software through the CLI, identify broken behaviors, and repair the implementation.
The next stage of CLI-Anything is to make this process increasingly fully automated:
