The AI rollup has now acquired 17 companies.
They've just announced a $170M Series B, led by @eqt, co-led by @generalcatalyst, @trincapital , @marcbhargava and DVC @Nick_Davidov. The round also includes backers from some of Europe's leading founders, including @vriparbelli, @MaxJunestrand and @mati .
Here is the conversation we had in March, after completing 9 acquisitions in just 24 months and announcing a $93 million fundraise.
They move aggressively, so today, with more additional capital ($95m in equity, with the rest in debt), they are doubling down even further, accelerating a buy-and-build strategy anchored in a technology-first operating model.
