when you're building managed agents for businesses, there's zero visibility into the build process. how you dialed in the skills config, what iterations you ran, what actually improved and why.

i deal with this every time i onboard a new $5K/mo client through Dewey. they're paying real money and just have to trust that progress is happening behind the scenes.

GitHub gave transparency to code, Figma gave it to design. agents need the same thing.
