agent products are going to be hyper-polarized
two types of companies will survive:
- companies that nail the product completely out of the box (like Poke)
- companies that let you build fully custom agents for anything (like Hermes)
the middle ground companies, the ones that are kinda customizable but kinda not, will get crushed from both sides
