First of three big releases. Plannotator is better as a swiss army knife -- The persistent long-running app rolls out gradually from here, but strategically. This release focuses on getting leaner and cleaner before then.

Note 1: only core skills ship by default now. Extras (compound, setup-goal, visualizers) are opt-in.
