This analogy doesn’t make sense; the intellectual harness for humans is (very roughly) the prefrontal cortex which is a critical part of the brain.

Would a human mind be able to complete ARC-AGI 3 if the brain was not attached to a body (harness) ?
A harness is simply a models motor capabilities, and equivalent of their limbs, sensors, etc
A brain in a vat = raw LLM
A brain in a body = LLM + harness
