one of my favorite Codex setups is a scheduled task that fires on the last day of every month
it reads through the month's emails and pulls every receipt and invoice it finds
then browser automation logs into the subscriptions that never send receipts by email and downloads them from the billing pages
everything lands in that month's expenses folder, every file named with vendor and date
my accountant just logs in and takes the folder
a little thing that saves a lot of time when you're paying for 30+ AI subscriptions
