The Whataburger in Athens is going to close as well. Opened 18 months ago and nobody ever there.
And a 7 Brew and Dutch Bros opened 1 mile apart the same week 2 weeks ago.
One of those will start to struggle. So far here it’s Dutch.

Whataburger entered our market aggressively opening this first Greenville location two years ago this week.
It's ALREADY closed. This was being marketed for sale at a sub-5 cap!
