Source evidence

Someone paid $14 this morning and cancelled 18 minutes later. Nothing broke.

Day 32 of 100, taking LinkedMash to $2k MRR. Current: $263.50 (+$0 MRR).

Chiti pulled the timeline out of Stripe and our database:

04:38 signed up
06:03 subscribed, $14
06:04 exported 2,062 saved posts
06:09 export finished, 5 min 12 sec
06:22 cancelled

No bug, no error, no support ticket. The product did exactly what it said it would.

That is the whole problem. They came for one job, the job took five minutes, and there was no second month of work left for the subscription to do.

Working once and being worth keeping are two different products.
