We posted 2,000 short-form videos and generated 1.4M+ views across 9 creators.
Here’s the exact process we used:
> Recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
> Have each creator start with a fresh account.
> Give them clear briefs and make them post daily.
> Cut the creators who don’t perform and replace them quickly.
> Pay per post + a performance commission when their content takes off.
An agency helped us organize and manage the whole operation.
A few interesting things we learned:
→ One creator generated 50% of all our views.
→ But we reuse all the best-performing content as Meta ads, and there, the ROI is great.
So right now, I’m thinking about scaling this much harder, because I want to see whether increasing the volume actually creates a noticeable impact on MRR.
Next step: more creators, more content, more volume.
And see what happens.
