Because now, if you look at the amount of knowledge workers and other people using AI, it’s still a very, very small percentage, even the amount of people who have. An AI subscription is a small percentage.

And as compute gets cheaper, more and more tasks will be given to AI. And then the demand is going to get even higher.

Right now, @higgsfield spent, five hundred thousand dollars in inference to create a full ninety-five-minute movie. And if you can now create your own movie, the Modern Market movie, the, I don’t know, I put myself into World of Warcraft movie, that has to go down significantly to a point where everyone can create their own movies, or at least it becomes more feasible to have more fan fiction turned into videos.

And that’s just one aspect. So I think that there’s so many more things that will then increase AI demand if cost of compute goes down. And yeah, probably that massive spend is not going to slow down anytime soon.”
