Being interesting is a much less useful project than it looks.Think about how you actually rank the people in your life. Not by how impressive they were. By how you felt in the twenty minutes after you left them.
Some people are expensive to talk to. You come away flattened, having spent the whole encounter as the audience. Others are cheap to be near, and you leave feeling faintly more capable than when you arrived, and could not tell anyone why 👇
