OpenAI is changing how ChatGPT works for Free and Go users, starting next week, they can use unlimited text chats.
The rollout begins the week of August 10, so it may not appear for everyone immediately.
-Limits remain on file uploads, image creation and other tools.
-Unlimited access applies only to normal text conversations.
Free and Go users also get GPT-5.6 Luna as the default model, and a new Think button for harder questions needing more reasoning.
