On a long enough timespan, life reveals itself to be a paradox. It's not that truth is relative or anything as shallow as this, but more like different angles of it become more salient in different contexts.
So to the binary mind, there is contradiction, and the assumption is that contradiction requires refutation to restore coherence. But it doesn't, because the contradiction is contextual, often cyclical, and reconcilable once you understand the hidden thread which binds (and thereby reveals) the relationship between superficial opposites.
This is paradox as depth, rather than as error.
