I grew up in a Swire family, so caveat, but the management trainees it attracts are an excellent mix of extremely high quality brains and raw adventurous spirit. I love bumping into them in quiet bars in far flung places. Good on them for keeping their scheme going. It will pay intellectual dividends for many more Swire generations to come.
