Does anyone remember that totally awesome "How to Raise a Series A" blog post that I think was put out by YC or a YC partner that was focused very heavily on "run a tight process. Cohort your meetings. Etc." I'm having a devil of a time finding it (even ChatGPT is). Worried it got deleted from the web.
