Dear friends,
Multifaceted Capital is provided a limited allocation to invest in Dari (YC F25), an API to build the most reliable browser use agents. Founded by Benjamin Hong and Avyay Varadarajan, Dari is building a platform where users can automate web workflows using natural language prompts. Dari handles deterministic playback of browser workflows and fall back to LLMs where necessary, ensuring reliability. Attached is their deck.
Dari is raising $2M at $20M post-money, with the round already oversubscribed. I am excited to present the opportunity for you to invest in Dari. As with all SPVs, one of the greatest benefits is accessibility of venture deals to accredited individual investors, who otherwise may not be able to participate in rounds like these that are mostly institutional.
YC deals like these tend to run out of allocation quickly, so to opt in & indicate your interest in this deal, please fill out this short form by Wednesday, January 28 at 12pm PT latest. Submitting the form does not oblige you to invest, and your responses will be kept confidential. If there is enough interest, we will run an SPV for this deal next week and share the link to invest for you to participate.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me, and I will forward them to the team. I am in direct contact with the founders and the turnaround is very quick for any questions or requests for additional info.
Best,
Smaiyl Makyshov

CONFIDENTIAL: Please do not forward or share, and refrain from contacting company founders or other investors in the round. Failure to comply may result in sanctions such as your removal from our SPV deal flow mailing list. You are more than welcome to think of family & friends who might also be interested in participating via our SPV, but please ask me first before forwarding. Once the round is closed, you will have the chance to be properly introduced to the founder & the team, if you wish.
