Who is available to talk about shop capacity? Miltech is growing so fast. We just received additional funding. Our shop is *BUSY. Our CRM is packed. We will be making plans to break ground on more buildings to house more machines and more team members very soon. Our leadership team could really use some help in this department to understand what capacity really means for us to help us better understand what work we can bring in. I get RFQs for one week turn around parts and I cant support it because I dont have the capacity. On the other hand, I get RFQs for parts that are so numerous, I have to scale. We would be grateful to any manufacturing experts willing to talk with us. Thank you Manufacturing X!
