Submissions from operating companies and/or regulatory agencies sharing new information

Being focused and concise on what will be covered in your presentation
Providing practical, tactical, and timely information
What will likely get your abstract rejected?
Submissions that are commercial in nature and/or product specific
Unfocused abstracts that do not concisely detail what the presentation will be about
Submissions clearly outside the scope of the conference
Abstracts involving theoretical and unproven technology
NOTE: Limit 2 submissions per speaker. Accepted speakers receive complimentary registration to the conference. Only one complimentary registration per submission. Speakers can be nominated by 3rd parties. However, if accepted all speaker communication will be conducted directly with the speaker and not through the 3rd party.
