Makina's two-robot incremental forming system replaces dies and stamping by applying up to ~20,000 N of coordinated pressure and using empirical ML to achieve submillimeter accuracy on large sheet parts (transcript: '5T x 12T'). Version 3 is in commercial sale, used by DoD (50–60 platforms) and NASA, and supports multi-tool cells for forming, trimming, finishing and planned tempering.
