NARUC's International Programs, funded mainly by USAID and the State Dept., deploy volunteer regulators and technical experts to deliver short, implementation‑oriented trainings (2–5 days plus prep) across regions including Africa, Europe/Eurasia, Asia and Latin America. Topics include regulatory accounting, tariff reform, grid codes, interconnection, cybersecurity and PPAs; logistics and donor funding cover most travel costs.
