LOO: Climate and Ocean Risk Vulnerability Index

Brief

The Climate and Ocean Risk Vulnerability Index (CORVI), developed by the Stimson Center and described by Sally Yozell on 4 May 2021, maps city-level climate security by combining high-resolution hazard/exposure data with expert-survey-derived vulnerability metrics across 10 categories (~100 indicators). CORVI produces 1–10 regional scores and written profiles (e.g., Castries) to guide targeted investments and resilience planning.
