Brief

Brian Roemmele presents JouleWork as a productivity signal and unit essential for any zero-human or single-person company, claiming 40+ years of work and a prediction made three months earlier. He describes a dashboard with campuses updating every ~15 minutes, photonic neuron-like links that surface justified 'positive JouleWork,' Level 3 buildings with hundreds of employees, frequent 15-minute meetings, and rapid scaling to thousands who can hold real spoken conversations.

It is hard to understand anyone that is seriously building a zero human company or a single person company and not have JouleWork.

It is absolutely absurd and costly.

We did not just guess this 3 months ago, this is over 40 years of thought and work.

No JouleWork, big losses.

What we are seeing in the dashboard opening screen are not the employees, you are just seeing the campuses at the “headquarters”. They will change sometimes over 15 minute periods. There are sidewalks to each facility but where are “photonic” connections that are like neurons when a group of employees have made a material change in positive JouleWork.

As you can see a cascade develops as the process is shared with other divisions and it matriculates.

You enter any level 3 building and can find 100s of employees working independently in their respective departments.

JouleWork is not just a money unit, it is far more, it is a clear signal of productivity.

If you see the photons you can dive in and ask what just happened and see how the JouleWork was justified.

You will also be able to attend the Level 3 version of meetings that take place every 15 minutes.

This is all I can say about this today but this will become a massive corporate campus that will expand in minutes to 1000s of employees to solve the most pressing issues.

One more hint: you will be able to have real and meaningful speaking conversations with each employee, they will be patient, enthusiastic and willing to share.

More soon.
