I'm publishing my Alzheimer's enzyme research. I started looking for a cure, didn't find it, but I think this is on the right track.
Hopefully a chaperonin lab has some spare time to put this on the bench. The bio-chemistry homework is real, predictions are in line. I lay no claim to ownership, Alzheimer's is a disease we must cure.
This enzyme or one like it would cost patients ~$5k/year, about a 98% discount from current drug options.
The paper should also serve as proof of work for my other enzyme/peptide work. If you are a biotech firm/researcher feel free to reach out. I have plenty of unpublished and much more promising candidates across peptides, enzymes and drug sequences.

I invented a nitrogen fixation enzyme that works on sunlight and makes Haber-Bosch obsolete
k_cat at 1 atm: ~9,000 N2/site/sec
I have no idea how to sell it so I guess i'll just open source it and forgo the nobel prize?
