SWERV Window ERV installation

Brief

SWERV Window ERV installation: @energysmartwv installed a SWERV Window ERV (reported 50 cfm fresh air) just before traveling to train contractors in Colorado, and observed a clear before/after signal on return. The 1150 sq ft home is about 1000 cfm50 tight with a tiny 5" intake duct, so the added 50 cfm noticeably improved ventilation; the author praises the product build quality.

I installed a SWERV Window ERV right as I left to train contractors in Colorado.

It adds about 50 cfm of fresh air. We have 3 adults, 2 large dogs, and a 17 month old.

Note how clear the signal was from before install to after install with me traveling to me getting home. No teasing out 95% confidence intervals here. =P

The house does have a small 5" intake duct that is vastly inadequate, and it's quite tight in the 1000 cfm50 range for 1150 sf. 50 cfm made a huge difference.

It's a really nicely built product, I'm super happy with it!
