Hiring It might not be entirely work for home, but I have been assigned to find a solution engineering intern (performance based full time) for my company. If you are based out of/willing to relocate to Chennai and are from the batch of 26' (preferred) and above, shoot your shot in my DMs.

General requirements:
> can figure things out with AI help without much hand holding
> can talk to people (mostly internal)
> it's fully night shift as its a US based company so 7 pm to 3 am IST from March to November (daylight savings) and 8 pm to 4 am otherwise.

General responsibilities:
> assisting your team with setting up proof of concepts on how our application can suit specific use cases, integrations development
> client support
> What it's not: full fledged software development (you won't hand code as it's essentially tweaking a no code platform to a use case, but you may be expected to leverage AI to develop customer use case specific applications but you gotta be decent in your dev fundamentals and have a tad bit of common sense)

Note: Typically SEs are forward facing, but this is more of an assistance role and client talk is much lesser.

This is a paid role. And definitely not exploitative as I am still working here lol.
