Brief

Tony Guan (@ECalifornians) says that at the June 9, 2026 CA Senate Elections and Constitutional Amendments Committee hearing two-thirds of attendees stood to oppose ACA7. He alleges lawmakers removed online testimony—burdening working Californians—labels ACA7 an attempt to reinstate racial discrimination, cites Professors Gail Heriot and Maiman opposing it, and provides a one-click email link.

Source evidence

When 2/3 of the audience stand up and voice their opposition to ACA7, you know California people are not OK with bringing back the racial discrimination policies.

Ever since the legislator got rid of the online hearing option for the California people, the hard working people have to ask for a leave from their work (they don't live on benefit system), drive long distance to Sacramento, wait a few hours to have their voices heard, and then drive long distance to their work.

But still we made it very clear:
We are not OK with #ACA7

Just how loud should we be so the race-obsessed democrats start to hear us? This is just insane!

But as always, we will keep fighting and defeating such reverse bills, every single time!

ACA-7 is being discussed at the CA Senate Elections And Constitutional Amendments Committee, and Professor @GailHeriot and Professor Maiman are at the table opposing it.

We are all very ready to fight it back. It still baffles everyone why the democrat legislators so obsessed being defeated on the racial discrimination attempts, again and again, times and times again. Are they still trying to test our limit?

According to @AsmCoreyJackson, ACA7 is a "clarification" on the constitution, but it seems that he is just crying very hard to have the racial segregation back for Californians. What a shameful sham. Now we have a black assembly member requesting racial segregation in CA legislature. You cannot make it up.
