One is my affiliate manager.
The chief of staff is the one I run my entire day through. Named it Jarvis (lol)
Here is what it does:

→ Runs a pulse watch and fire watch every 5 minutes across my emails, CRM, and Discord
→ Flags every fire the second it finds one and tells me exactly how to respond
→ Pre-meeting brief before every call
→ Post-meeting summary right after every call
→ Pulls actionable tasks throughout the day based on everything happening in real time
→ Full end of day recap before I close out
It all runs inside a Discord server I named after it.
I literally talk to it there every day and it reports back to me.
A lot of people keep saying AI agents are useless and don't actually do anything.
But these two have genuinely taken a huge chunk off my plate.
