Brief

24-year-old Dubai-based founder @turanselvi describes rising from an immigrant childhood in Germany and dropping out at 18 after building faceless social channels (10M+ followers) and a 7-figure music marketing agency for Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, The Weeknd. She launched Clipster (initially a Discord bot), which grew to 150K sign-ups, $3.5M ARR, recent $1M+ monthly revenue, and millions paid to creators.

I'm new to X and most of you don't know me so I'm here to change that.

I'm 24, live in Dubai and run Clipster, a marketplace where brands pay creators for organic views.

I scaled my app to 150K sign-ups and $3.5M ARR in 15 months.

So far we've paid $7.5M creators and generated 150B+ views for brands.

Here's the short version of how I got here:

I grew up as an immigrant kid in a small town in Germany and had to rely on government support to afford school books.

I started building faceless Instagram accounts in high school when I was 17.

While everyone else was studying for exams, I would skip classes to work on my Instagram pages.

That's how desperate I was.

As soon as I made enough, I dropped out at 18 and it turned out to be the best decision of my life.

I scaled my faceless channels to over 10 million followers posting gaming clips on TikTok and Instagram.

Then I built a 7-fig music marketing agency running campaigns for Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, The Weeknd, and 100+ more artists.

Running that agency is where I saw what was broken in the space:

Creators scamming brands, brands scamming creators, viewbotting, manual and late payments.

So I built the fix.

Clipster

It started as a Discord bot. Literally just a bot where creators submitted clips.

Today it's an app where 140K+ creators have made close to $10M.

We just hit our first $1M+ month in May.

On track for $2M in June.

Next target: $10M months.
