Slack has a unique position to adapt their product for agents and I don't know if they're doing that enough. I know they've been updating their API's to support agent use, but I see a future where I only use Slack to manage my agent conversations instead of talking to humans.

Right now I have a section called "Ava" and multiple channels in it for various tasks and I want to enable her to use Slack as a human.

What else are people trying?
