Yes but @ReynosoBrooklyn says the same thing about nuclear and geothermal. For New York he sees nuclear as costly distraction and geothermal as more viable. Nonsensical.
Despite being the Abundance NY endorsed candidate he is completely abandoning the governor's laudable clean energy abundance program.
Plus he also cosponsored an (ineffectual) city council resolution to prematurely close Indian Point over a decade ago. Valdez at least can't claim that record of poor judgment.
