Someone built a Claude Code plugin that won't run your prompt until you do push-ups.
It's called Workout Gate. The premise is exactly what it sounds like.
When a challenge fires, it freezes your prompt, opens your webcam, and counts your reps live with pose detection. No honor system.
→ Real reps only. One counts on a full descent and a full extension, with a posture guard that throws out bad form.
→ Quit at 4 of 8, and the leftover reps follow you. It writes them to disk before the prompt unfreezes, so closing the tab won't get you out of them.
→ Pick your pain when more than one move is on: 6 push-ups or 9 squats.
→ Three presets, from chill at every 25 prompts to hardcore at every 5 prompts and 15 to 25 reps.
→ Stats, streaks, and personal records live in your Claude Code status line.

Most automation pulls you out of the loop. This one drags you back in, one rep at a time.
