Brief

Corey Ganim hit $8,000 MRR in 10 days (posted 2026-06-18) by selling an AI Concierge to five clients charging $1,200–$2,000/mo each via two 45-minute monthly sessions that build live AI systems. He added an 11-lesson playbook to AI Operator Academy ($999/yr, likely to double) and plans turnkey AI Services kits (landing pages, CRM, automations).

Source evidence

My AI Concierge offer hit $8K MRR in 10 days.

Today, I just added the ENTIRE 11-lesson AI Concierge playbook to our AI Operator Academy community.

It covers:

-business model explanation
-the intake questionnaire
-the strategy call framework
-the AOA framework
-Voxer setup
-Notion documentation hub
-Automating the back end with Skills
-pricing & scaling
-upsell menu
-common pitfalls
-first engagement end-to-end tutorial

members get the full AI Concierge business in a box:

-intake questionnaire template
-Notion Hub template
-skill that drafts call summary emails to the client (retention mechanism)
-skill that updates Notion Hub after client calls
-orchestrator skills that run them back to back

and this is only the beginning.

In the coming weeks we'll be bringing the full AI Services business in a box to the community for both models, AI Assessments and AI Concierge.

-turn key landing pages
-CRM build outs
-workflow automations

and so much more.

Right now AI Operator Academy is $999/year (no there's no monthly option or discounts so don't ask).

What we're offering is a ridiculous steal for that price.

We will very likely be raising the price (probably doubling it) in the coming weeks.

Recently closed my 5th AI Concierge client, this one at $2,000/month.

The offer is two 45-minute calls per month where we build AI systems live on their screen. That's it.

Why it keeps closing:

  1. Business owners don't want "AI consulting." They want a trusted expert holding their hand while THEY learn to do it.

  2. Nothing we build is fancy. Lead follow-up, admin task automation, marketing workflows, SOP assistants.

  3. The math works for both sides. They pay $1,500-2,000/month and save 5-10 hours a week. I make $1,000+/hour.

  4. Retention is built in. Every call ships something that works. Canceling feels like firing your best employee.

5 clients x 2 calls x 45 minutes = 7.5 hours of work for $8,000+ MRR.

My current client roster:

Client 1 (insurance agency): $1,200/mo
Client 2 (DTC brand): $1,500/mo
Client 3 (financial planner): $1,500/mo
Client 4 (info product biz): $1,800/mo
Client 5 (fintech CEO): $2,000/mo

I'll get one more client at $2,000/mo then won't be taking on more due to bandwidth.
