Just won a few Streaks on @TacoTradeX
What I like the most is that it works like real parlays. Here’s an example:
If you bet $10
• Winning 3 polymarkets in a row gives you 2x on each bet. That’s $30 profit + the $30 you staked, $60 total
• Making the same bets on Taco gives you a 6.71x multiplier, $67 in winnings
This gave me an idea: open streaks and hedge each leg in parallel with the same size as the streak bet
This way, if we win the streak:
$67 from the streak
$30 hedging cost + $10 streak bet
Total: $27
If the streak loses on the first leg:
$10 lost on the streak
$10 made from the hedge
Breakeven
You can end up down $10–20 if the streak loses on the 2nd or 3rd leg
Maybe this is a losing strategy, just decided to share my thoughts with you. To know for sure, I’d need to at least run some paper tests
