He's asking the right question. The shipping pace across AI tools right now is genuinely unsustainable if you're trying to learn each feature as it drops.
But the people who aren't drowning in this aren't keeping up with every release. They have a foundation for how these tools work at a system level, and most new features are just a new surface on something they already understand. A strong mental model of how LLMs process instructions, how context works, how output quality connects to input structure. That foundation doesn't change when a new button shows up.
The overwhelm hits hardest when you're learning AI one feature at a time. At the system level, most of these updates take minutes to evaluate.
